God loves them; often they cannot visualize this on their own. God made
the human body to communicate His love. To TOUCH other people, to SHOW
and ACT our His stories…to LAUGH, to CRY and to BRING TO LIFE. …Ministry In Moving Expression!
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Step 1: First of all determine:
What Type of event you would like to create/organize.
(What is the purpose of your event?)
Step 2: Do you have a specific date or dates in mind?
Step 3: Contact Beyond Words M.I.M.E. via email, phone or mail with your request.
Step 4: Beyond Words will contact you.
Step 5: You will receive a brief questionnaire and further correspondence which will help to specifically design your event.
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation of the date(s) requested, and your designated event.
Advertising will be the key to a successful event. I encourage you to be creative! Consider requesting a Public Service Announcement (PSA) with your local radio, TV and newspaper, or set up an interview. It is possible to network with other churches or organizations to reach a larger audience. Flyers, posters, and email notices are very effective.
It is asked that the sponsor provide the cost of transportation (mileage, flight, etc.) Housing can be in a Host Home or hotel/motel; In a Host Home, a separate room for privacy is requested.
Every event, whether it be a concert or workshop, is customized for your specific event; therefore costs may vary. *Package deals are available.
